Every Fur and Hue portrait is lovingly custom-made from your pet’s photo — which means each piece is completely unique to you.
Because of this personalised process, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

We take great care to ensure your portrait truly reflects your pet’s personality and the details you’ve provided. Please double-check your photo, pet’s name, and order notes before confirming your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with printing or delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right.

Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Each personalised pet portrait is carefully illustrated and printed by hand. Please allow 7–10 business days for creation before your order is shipped.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International shipping times vary depending on location.

  • Packaging: Portraits are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely, whether framed or unframed.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
