Because of this personalised process, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.
We take great care to ensure your portrait truly reflects your pet’s personality and the details you’ve provided. Please double-check your photo, pet’s name, and order notes before confirming your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with printing or delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right.
